AI (Appreciate Inquiry)

Appreciative Inquiry is about the coevolutionary search for the best in people, their organizations, and the relevant world around them. AI involves, in a central way, the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system’s capacity to apprehend, anticipate, and heighten positive potential. It centrally involves the mobilization of inquiry through the crafting of the “unconditional positive question” often-involving hundreds or sometimes thousands of people.


Course Outline

It is a process for learning the necessary contents to run and design the positive change workshop through the use of AI. AI, Appreciative Inquiry, focuses on developing and discovering the best strength and potentiality around us. From Going through the order of AI of 4D Cycle (Discovery- Dreaming-Design-Destiny), the participants can realize the organizational advantage, dream for ideal future organization, design the behavior that helps to realize for organization’s advantage-based future and experience the plans into action. Through these process, the participants can learn the method that maximize potential of their companies.
