Talent Assessment

Talent Assessments focus on supporting an organization's talent acquisition process, from attracting and selecting to developing and promoting talent. These tools provide information to help leaders understand why people think and behave the way they do. These tools provide information to assure the organization is selecting, developing and promoting individuals who have a high probability for success in a given role. They aid organizations in best aligning talent to fulfill the organization's strategic direction.

Course Outline

This course developed for the people who want to select the members of the organization, make diagnosis of them and develop them by using a Talent Assessments Examination tools. A participant will get granted an international Certificate Qualification from TAI Korea after the completion of this course. Furthermore, this workshop trains people to be a personality test specialist who can provide the service by using a TAI Examination in Mongol.

Understand a TAI Examination Index and utilize the TAI examination in a variety of directions.

  • The participants will grant authority to be able to utilize the examination everywhere in the world as a member of TAI Korea.
